Network
All branches have a 100 Mbit switched network.
There is a closed 10/10 Mbit network between the departments, and a 100/100 Mbit Internet connection.
Operating systems
The servers use Windows 2008 Server/Windows 2003 Server. All workstations use Windows XP Pro.
Administrative software
The accounts department uses Navision 3.56.
Microsoft Office 2007 is standard on all workstations, though Microsoft Project 2000 is installed on selected computers.
Drawing programs
ACA 2008 is used at all locations. Autocad installations are kept updated with the newest available versions at all times. Drawings and documentation are, therefore, based exclusively on IBB’s layer structure conventions and object-oriented planning.
Graphics tools
Adobe Collection CS (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). 3D StudioVIZ and formZ Radiozity are employed for 3D modelling and Macromedia Director for multimedia presentations.

| Quality control | | For many years, FRIIS & MOLTKE A/S has used an internal quality control system based on a planning method which integrates quality control.
In addition, risk analyses of building sections are performed in line with the method applied by the Danish Building Defects Fund.
Moreover, project scrutiny is carried out regularly during all phases of the building project, and a specific quality control plan is drawn up for each consultancy project. |
| Environmental policies | | FRIIS & MOLTKE A/S’s goal is to integrate environmental considerations into their planning and project material.
For clients with specific environmental demands - defined in an environmental programme - these are integrated in our detailed and well-documented environmental planning process.
