The Client is the Finnish, private owned, Sunborn Corporation. The company has over 30 years experience in the luxury class, among this hotels, restaurants and spa resorts in Finland, Germany and United Kingdom. Gilleleje Spa & Resort is a 5 star Holiday Resort, which will be built with 200 hotel rooms, gourmet restaurants, conference rooms, bars, tourist shops, and besides this an adventure like spa and wellness area. The resort will contain over 2.000 m² impressive baths, saunas and special baths. The wellness section will contain treatments rooms, where the guests can get massage and different body- and skin treatments of different kind, a fitness center besides this. The conference center contains meeting rooms a multipurpose conference hall with room for 500 people. The building will be finish by end of 2009.
